 Terms and Conditions    
  1. A 50% Downpayment will ensure reservation of date. Balance is due exactly 10 days before the events.
  2. Prescribed set-up time will be at least 2 hours before the event. More guests will entail more set-up time.
  3. Outdoor catering is not recommended.
  4. Permit such as business, food, health and insurance needed for the event will be the responsibility of the client.
  5. Catering services is from 2 to 4 hours. Extended service hours will incur additional charges.
  6. Required buffet table will be provided by the client.
  7. Nayong Filipino will serve only food items from the company’s kitchen. Any other food items will have to be separately served. (Cakes excluded)
  8. Kitchen facility is a must.
  9. Nayong Filipino does not have an alcohol license.
  10. Cancellation fee starts at $ 25.00. If cancelled less than 48 hours, the full payment will be forfeited.
  11. The Client will be responsible for any lost or damages all leased catering equipments.
  12. Travel fee will be applicable beyond Union City, Fremont, Hayward, and Newark.

Notes:

  1. Items can be changed with possible price adjustment.
  2. Additional party trays with or without set-up can be added as well
  3. Eating utensils are not included but can be added as an option.
  4. Price includes following day scheduled pick up. Same day pick up is subject to charges and should be no later than 7:30pm.
  5. 4% gratuity is applicable with set up only catering.
  6. Cancellation fee is applicable.
